These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the Jamsora website located at www.jamsora.com, and all associated websites linked to jamsora.com by Jamsora Corp. ("Jamsora", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

3.1 Use of the Website

Jamsora provides you a limited, personal, non-sublicensable license to access and use our site and electronically copy and print to hard copy portions of our site materials for your informational, non-commercial, and personal use only. You may not use our website for any commercial purpose or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial) without our prior written consent.

3.2 Orders & Purchases

When you place an order through our website, you are offering to purchase the product(s) at the stated price. Jamsora reserves the right to accept or reject your order. All orders are subject to availability. Jamsora will confirm your order via email once it has been accepted. Please note:

• We do not allow comparison shopping of lab and natural diamonds and any of our made-to-order jewelry.
• All jewelry is made-to-order and handcrafted in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
• Each gemstone is unique – the same item cannot be added twice to your cart.
• Prices shown are subject to change without prior notice.

3.3 Payment Methods

We accept payment via credit cards and PayPal. PayPal Pay Later is available for purchases of $99.00 or more, subject to credit approval as determined by Synchrony Bank (available to U.S. customers only). No interest is charged if the balance is paid within the 4-month promotional period. Split payments are also available via PayPal invoice.

3.4 Promotional Offers & Coupon Codes

Promotional offers and coupon codes are subject to the following terms and conditions:

• Promotions are not applicable to natural diamonds, lab diamonds, and custom jewelry unless otherwise stated.
• Coupon codes must be entered at checkout or mentioned over the phone at the time of purchase.
• Offers cannot be combined with any other offer and cannot be applied retroactively.
• Promotional periods and specific terms are defined at the time of each promotion.

3.5 Intellectual Property

The content of our website, including but not limited to logos, images, text, graphics, designs, and other material, is owned by or licensed to Jamsora and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on any content from our website without our express written permission.

3.6 Limitation of Liability

Jamsora shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our website or services, even if Jamsora has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to Jamsora in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
